Please do not use his work without purchasing through AMI~HERE Birthday Template2 by Kristin ~ HERE Splatters & sparkles of choice Filters ~ Add/Remove Noise, Xero-Radiance Drop Shadow ~ 2 2 50 5 & -2 -2 50 5 Font ~ KristenITC ~Lets Begin~ Open Birthday Temp & resize - 750x650, delete © layer Black circle ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat & paste tube, resize if needed, invert & hit delete on tube layer, Effects-xero-radiance,opacitly-60 Pink Circle ~ Effects-texture effects-weave- 2 15 2,weave & gap colour white, fill gaps ticked, ok Blue Circle ~ Efects-texture effects-blinds- 5 40, white untick both boxes, ok Balloons ~ Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-random-50 monochrome ticked, ok Wordart ~ I moved mine slightly up abit then effects-eyecandy 400-gradiant glow-fat-white Copy & paste another tube to the right of template, refer to mine, effects-xero-radiance, duplicate & drag one under word art, erase on top tube part of the leg that is over the wordart, so it should look like one leg is behind, refer to my tag if you are using a full body tube Add a new layer to bottom then either paste your splatters or use a brush & add how you like, adjust-add/remove noise-same as above for balloons Sparkles ~ Copy & paste your sparkles as a new layer & position under the wordart Add drop shadow to layers. Copy merged into anim-rezise 500, copy & paste back into PSP-adjust-sharpen, using Kristen font type your name how you want it, give a gradient glow & drop shadow Add © & Save as png Thats it we are done!
