Pink Circle 11 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste pp3 as new layer, resize 50%, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Pink Circle 12 Blue Rectangle 13 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste pp8 as new layer, resize 80%, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer. Add noise 20, random, monochrome ticked Blue Rectangle 5 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste pp23 as new layer, resize 70%, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with blue rectangle2. Pink Circle 4 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste pp9 as new layer, resize 50%, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Pink Circle 3. Add noise as above. White Rectangle 10 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste pp28 as new layer, resize 80%, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer. select all, float, defloat, modify, select selection borders 5, new layer & floodfill white Layer 6 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & floodfill white, select none, delete orig layer Black Rectangle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & floodfill with this gradient, foreground #f45e93, background #fda827, Linear, angel 36, repeats 2, invert unticked, KEEP selected, selections, modify, select selection borders 5, new layer & floodfill white, add same noise as before. On the gradient layer Select all, float, defloat, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert, delete, Xero radiance, blend mode Luminance (L). Do the same with right rectangle, see my tag. Right Pink Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert, delete, Xero radiance, blend mode Luminance (L). Small Circle line 9 ~ Mirror & move so its inside rectangle filled with pp8 Elements ~ Add heart1, resize 50% twice, duplicat, mirror & move so its opposite other heart. Add new layer to bottom & paste glitters where you want, resize them by 50%. Add sparkle, move to top. Add drop shadows to all layers except black circle & sparkles I copy & paste mine into Anim shop & resize, 550, paste back into PSP adjust sharpness, sharpen.
