~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 600x250, paste tube as new layer in center, MuRa's Meister copies, wallpaper rotate default, motion blur - Angel 45, strength 100, edge effects enhance twice, edge effects erode.

Paste tube again to the right, resize if needed, opacity 60

Paste larger tube, mirror, move to left, add drop shadow of choice

Paste Hearts few times on canvas, adjust add some noise, add drop shadow

click crop tool, on the right hand side of tool bar you should see 'snap crop rectangle to' with 3 icons underneath, click the last one which is merged opaque, click green tick on the left, this just crops any extra bits of the tube,

Highlight background layer, select all, float, defloat, modify, select selection borders - inside 5, new layer flood fill #931515, adjust add some noise, add drop shadow, i used 1 1 50 5 & -1 -1 50 5

Now do the exact same for the avatar, except i didnt add any Hearts & for the border - inside 3

Add ©, name & save as PNG!

Open up Temp 62, delete credit layer

Rectangle ~ select all, float, defloat, paste paper 16 as new layer, invert delete, delete orig layer

Right & Left Squares, merge onto same layer, Select all, float, defloat, Gradient - Foreground #e4396e, Background White, linear, angel 36, repeats 2, invert ticked, select none, delete orig layer

Circle 2 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 19 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, delete orig layer. KEEP selected, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, delete, xero Radiance

Circle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer flood fill #e4396e, adjust noise, 40, select none, delete orig layer

Hearts ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer flood fill #e4396e, adjust noise, 40, select none, delete orig layer

Words ~ Magic wand & click on the n & c of the words, new layer & flood fill
#e4396e, select none, hide these & on orig layer erase the n & c, unhide the new layer & merge down  
Dotted Lines ~  Select all, float, defloat, new layer & airbrush #e4396e, select none, delete orig layer
 
Rectangle ~ select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 5, new layer, flood fill white, add some noise, select none. Do the same to merged squares & Circle 1
 
Add drop shadow to layers

Rose 2 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 80%, pick tool & move round to left, move to bottom of tag, see my tag, duplicate, mirror, merge down

PinHeart ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50% 70%, place on top of Roses at bottom

Charm ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50%, move to left of tag

Diamond 1 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50%, move on top of Charm, merge down

Lips 2 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50%, move to right of tag

Wire ~ Paste Wire as new layer, resize 80%, duplicate, mirror, merge down, drag to bottom of pallet

GlitterSplatter1 ~ Paste as new layer, move slightly to left, duplicate, mirror, move under Wire, flip

Add drop shadow to Elements, add © & name

Copy Merged into animation shop, resize 600. Open Lovey's Floating Hearts Anim, delete the credit layer, select all & you should now have 30 frames.

Duplicate your tag till you have 30 frames & select all, copy lovey's anim & paste into select frame on your tag, place where you want, view animation

Back in PSP i pasted my tube as new layer resized 70% added Xero Radiance then pasted into anim shop duplicated till i had 30 frames then selected all & pasted into selected frame

If your happy with how your tag is then save!

Open template 71 & delete credit layer, canvas size 700x700

Circle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 7 as new layer, resize 60%, invert delete, delete orig layer

Glitter Circle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & floodfill white, add noise 20, select none, delete orig layer

Oval ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & floodfill with this gradient - Foreground #ec2e96, Background white, linear, angel 36, repeats 1, invert ticked, delete orig layer. Keep selected. Paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert, delete, select none. Xero Radiance to tube

Glitter Oval ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & floodfill white, add noise 20, select none, delete orig layer

Rectangle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 5 as new layer, resize 60%, invert delete, delete orig layer

Element 37 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 70% move to bottom of tag, see mine
Element 8 (pink heart) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20% 80%, move to left of tag, see mine
 
Element 11 (black heart) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20% 80%, mirror & move to left, drag  below pink heart. On pink heart erase part of it that over laps the black heart, so it looks like the are entwined, see my tag, merge down
 
Add sparkles of choice, i add mine on the oval layer
 
Add drop shadow of choice to Elements, tube & Glitter layers
 
New raster layer at bottom floodfill #ec2e96, new mask layer from image, find mask & apply, merge group, resize 80%, move uo to the left, duplicate, mirrror, flip, merge down.
 
Copy merged into anim shop, resize 550, paste back into PSP, adjust sharpen
 
Add © & name then save as PNG!

~Lets Begin~

We are using Tammy's part of the kit for this tutorial

New raster layer 700x500, paste Frame 2 as new layer, resize 90%,  click inside first frame with magic wand, modify expand by 6 & paste paper 11 as new layer, resize 50% invert delete, drag paper under frame, duplicate mirror so its in the end frame. Do the same with the middle frame except with paper 3, free rotate to right.

Click inside all 3 parts of the frame, paste your tube as new layer, Resize tube if needed, position which part of body you want in first frame, invert delete, do the same with the next 2 frames.  once all 3 parts are filled with tube, select none & drag them under frame, merge down so they are all on same layer

Xero radiance on tube layer make Beauty 200. Add drop shadow tto Frame & tube layers

Paste Doodle 1 as new layer, resize 50% position to left of frame, drag to bottom of layers, duplicate mirror flip, merge down, adjust add noise random 20 mono ticked. Add drop shadow, See my tag

New raster layer at bottom & floodfill with this gradient ~ Foreground #d51676, background white, linear, angel 36, repeats 2, invert ticked

New mask layer from image, find mask Source luminance ticked, invert mask unticked, apply. Merge group, resize 70%, move along to left, duplicate mirror flip, merge down

Paste Metal Heart 1 as new layer resize 50% twice then 60% & position to the left of frame, add drop shadow

Paste tube as new layer, mirror,  resize 80% move to right, Xero Porcelain & add drop shadow

Add some noise to frame, © & your name & then copy merged into anim shop resize 600, paste back into psp, adjust sharpen & save as PNG!

~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 600x600, floodfill white, Paste Circle Frame (25) as new layer, magic wand & click inside the frame, modify expand 4, paste paper 9 as new layer, resize 50% 80%, invert delete. Keep Selected, Paste tube as new layer, duplicate, drag one tube below frame, erase any parts that hang under frame on both tube layers,  select none. Also erase the bows from the frame.

On both tubes add Xero Porcelain, red 255, blue 0. Add drop shadowto bottom tube & frame

Paste Red Hearts (17) as new layer, resize 80% twice & drag to bottom of layers. Add slight drop shadow

Paste Red Bow (43) as new layer, resize 50% & move to middle of frame at bottom, slight drop shadow

Paste Forever Yours wordart (58) as new layer, resize to suit & move below bow at bottom of frame, gradient glow white, add drop shadow

if your happy add your name & © then save as PNG if you dont want to animate

*Animation*

Copy merged into anim shop, find animation & duplicate tag the same amount as animation, select all on both tag & animation then paste animation into selected frame, view & if happy save!

Oval ~ Select all, float, defloat, Gradient - Foreground #ad65ed, Background #f66fb2, linear, Angle 36, repeats 1, invert unticked, new raster layer & floodfill. KEEP selected, paste tube as new layer, resize to suit before you paste it, invert delete, Xero Porcelain, blend mode Luminancy (L), select none & delete orig layer

Circle 1 ~  Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 18 as new layer resize 60%, invert delete, select none & delete orig layer

Circle 2 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 11 as new layer, resize 50%, invert delete, select none & delete orig layer

Rectangle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer, floodfill #f66fb2, select none, delete orig layer

Rectangle 2 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 15 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Add drop shadow 1 1 50 5 & -1 -1 50 5 to Glitter layers & tube

Merge down Rectangle 2 & Glitter back, move it slightly down abit if your using same tube as me

Beaded Word ~ Paste as new layer resize by 50% 80%, move to right of tag

Skull & Crossbones 2 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 70%, move to left of tag, pick tool & slightly move to the left, see my tag

Paste Bow 8 as new layer, resize 50% twice & 80%, move to right place above Beaded Word

Paste Gem 2 as new layer, resize 60%, place on Rectangle 2 at the left, duplicate, mirror, slightly move so its same as on left

Freehand tool & draw round one of the staples in Staple 1, copy & paste as new layer on tag, resize 70%, image, free rotate 90 left, place to the left of tag, duplicate mirror, see my tag

Paste tube as new layer, drag under Rectangle 2, erase any parts that show, Xero Radiance, Beauty 200, add drop shadow 2 2 50 5

Get your font & type your name in the Rectangle, add a gradient glow & drop shadow 2 2 50 5

Add sparkles & ©, copy & paste into anim shop & resize 600, paste back into PSP, adjust sharpen, new layer move to bottom & floodfill with same gradient as before but make repeats 2

New mask layer, find mask & apply, merge group, resize 110, Constellation 2 16 1 4 100 69, add drop shadow 1 1 50 5

If your happy with tag then save as PNG!

~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 650x650, paste FlowerFrame3 as new layer, resize 80%

Magic wand & click inside frame, modify expand 20. Paste paper19 as new layer, resize 50%, invert delete. Select none. Erase any bits of paper hanging out of frame at bottom

Magic wand again & click inside frame make sure all of frame in middle is in dotted lines, modify expand 1, if your tube needs resizing do it now then paste onto canvas, i resized mine by 80%. Once happy with position of tube invert & erase any bits hanging out frame at bottom. Select none. Xero Porcelain Blue channel 0, Red channel 255.

Paste FlowerStem3 as new layer, resize 80% & position bottom of frame

Paste RedHeart1 as new layer & position to the left of frame ontop of Flower Stem

Paste BlackLeaf2 as new layer, resize 80% twice & move to bottom of layer pallette, duplicate, mirror, merge down

Paste GlitterSpill as new layer move to bottom, i changed the colour of mine, hue & saturation 255 255

Add more elements if you want to, once happy add drop shadow to layers, 2 2 50 5

As always i copy & paste mine into anim shop & resize 500 then paste back into PSP, adjust sharpen

Add © & name then save as png!
