~Lets Begin~

Open Temp 401 resize 800x600, delete credit, Light Pink Rectangle & wordart layers.

Light Pink Rectangle ~ Select, float, defloat, paste paper 9 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, delete orig layer, select none. Do the same with Darker Pink Rectangle.

Square 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 3 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, delete. Select none & delete orig layer. Do the same with copy of Square 1. Xero Radiance on both tubes.

Circle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 11 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, delete, select none. Delete orig layer, Xero Radiance on tube. Do the same with Circle 2 but dont paste tube. Weave effect on both yellow paper layers - 2 12 2, #fca1de, fill gaps ticked.

Square 2 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & flood fill with this gradient - FG #fde523, BG #fca1de, Linear, Angel 46, Repeats 3, Invert UNticked. Paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer, Xero Porcelain on tube.

Lets now add a white border to the layers

Starting with the Rectangle at bottom of palette - Select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 5, new layer, floodfill white & drag below orig layer. Do the same with the rest of layers except the Square 2 as it already has a border.

Add drop shadow to layers.

Ray of Light (ele43) ~ Paste as new layer, move to top left of  Rectangle.

Blue GLitter Splat (ele36) Paste as new layer, resize 80%, move to bottom right of canvas, duplicate, mirror, merge down, drag to bottom of palette

Butterfly (ele 7) Paste as new layer, resize 20% 80%, flip, pick tool & move slighly round to left, place at top left on top of Ray. Duplicate, mirror, flip, move to edge of Square 2

Copy merged into anim shop, resize 600, paste back in to PSP, sharpen

Add full tube as new layer, resize if needed, Xero Radiance, add drop shadow.

Add © & name then save as PNG!
