~Lets Begin~

Open Temp 410, delete credit, resize canvas 850x650

Black Rectangle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 11 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Black Rectangle 2.

Rounded Edge Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 6 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Rounded Rectangle 2.


Thin Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 7 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer.
 
Paste Green Star (04) as new layer, resize 50% twice & place on top of first star, duplicate & move onto the 3rd star. Paste Purple(02) Star as new layer resize 50% twice & place on middle Star. Delete orig layer
 
Frame Back ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill 1st square with #007900, 2nd Square #491a68 & 3rd Square #44b7f9. Effects Texture Canvas Course default. Delete orig layer. KEEP selected.
 
In the Green Square paste Tube with Blue, Purple Square paste Tube with Green, Blue Square paste Tube with Purple. Merge tubes down on to one layer, duplicate, gaussian blur 3, blend mode hard light on top layer
 
Paste Sparkle as new layer just above tubes, pick tool & move slightly up to the left
 
Green Skull (28) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50% 70% & place on the first Photo Frame, do the same with Blue & Purple skulls, see my tag for positions
 
Paint Spats ~ Copy & paste both Splats, resize to suit, duplicate few times & position where you want, merge down on to one layer, drag to bottom of palette
 
Barb Wire~ Paste as new layer, pick tool do the same as we did before & position on bottom of Frames, see my tag
 
Add drop shadow to layers
 
Copy merged into anim shop, resize 600, paste back in to PSP & sharpen
 
Add © & name then save as PNG!
