~Lets Begin~

Open Temp438, delete credit layer & wordart layer, resize canvas 900x600

Frame Back ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 3 as new layer, resize 20% 70%, invert delete, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, delete, select none, Xero Radiance on tube, delete orig layer

Circle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & flood fill #9ae1f5, select none, delete orig layer

Square 1 & 2 ~ Merge down onto one layer, select all, float, defloat, flood fill #9ae1f5, Modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill white, drag below, select none, delete orig layer

Thin rectangles ~ Merge both down on to one layer, select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill #5db8d8, modify expand 5 & flood fill white, drag below, select none, delete orig layer, effects, texture effexts, weave - 3 10 3 both boxes white

Circle 4 ~ Adjust, Brightness & Contrast -Brightness 255, Contrast 100, add some noise. Do the same with the rest of the Black circles

Circle 3 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill with this gradient - FG #5db8d8, BG White, Linear, Angel 40, Repeats 2, Invert ticked, select none, delete orig layer, add some noise

Top Circles ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1 as new layer, resize 20% 70%, place paper over left circle, invert delete. Do the same again for right circle, select none & delete orig layer

Frame Back ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill #5db8d8, paste snowman part of tube in left square, resize if needed, select none, now erase part of the girls arm & finger thats in the Frame Back, once done duplicate Snowman & mirror, merge down, Xero Radiance

Elem 2 Folder

Circle Splats (Elem38) ~ Paste as new layer, free rotate 90 right, resize 20% place top of tag, drag to bottom of palette, duplicate flip, drag down slightly, merge down

Snowflake(Elem24) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50%, place on top of Blue middle Circle, place it so Flake is just touching top, duplicate flip, merge down



Elem 1 Folder

Bow (Elem2) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20% 50%, place on left of snowman Frame, duplicate mirror, merge down

Beads (Elem1) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20%, place bottom of tag

Add drop shadow of choice to layers

Copy merged in to Anim Shop, resize 650, paste back in PSP, sharpen, crop tool & crop tag

Add tube as new lkayer, resize if needed, place to right of tag, Xero Porcelain on tube

Add name & © then save as PNG!
