~Lets Begin~

Open up my template, canvas size 700x600, delete credit layer

Pink Rectangles ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 9 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, delete orig layer.

Pink Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, flood fill with grafient - FG #ff63ac, BG #3adeee, Linear, angel 45, Repeats 2, Invert ticked then paste paper 3 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, delete orig layer, blend mode screen

Black Squares ~ Select all, float, defloat & paste paper 9 again, resize 50%, invert delete, delete orig layers. I mirrored the paper for the right square. Keep selected & paste part of tube in each square. Xero Radiance

Black Oval ~ Highlight Black Oval, texture effects, weave, 2 10 2, #3adeee, fill gaps ticked

Paste Element 106 as new layer, resize 40% move to top left of tag, see mine, duplicate, mirror, merge down

Paste Element 78 as new layer, resize 80%, adjust Hue & Saturation, Colourize - 133 118, place at bottom of tag, gradient glow fat

Paste Element 99 as new layer, drag down so its just above paper layer on the Circle, resize 60%
Paste main tube as new layer in middle of canvas, resize if needed,  Xero Porcelain, duplicate & move above Emolicious element, erase part of her left leg, so it looks like one leg is behind the Element, see mine.

Add sparkles of choice, i added mine just over the 2 tubes in the squares & erased any bits that went outside tag

Add drop shadow to layers, © & name aswell
Copy merged into anim shop & resize 600, paste back into psp sharpen

Thats it we are done! Now you can save as PNG!

Large Pink Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, rotate paper 6 left 90, paste as new layer, resize 20% 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Shape 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1 as new layer, resize 20% 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Black Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 4 as new layer, resize 20% 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Pink Frame Background ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 4 as new layer, resize 20% 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer


Thin Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill Black, select none, delete orig layer
 
Borders ~ On the 2 Circle layers & the Thin Rectangle layer add a white border, Select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 6, new layer, flood fill white & drag under orig layer. Do this with them all then add some noise
 
Back on the Frame Background layer, select all, float, defloat, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert delete, select none. Duplicate tube, on top tube gaussian blur 3, blend mode hard light
 
Paste Red Flower(17) as new layer, resize 20% 70% 80% & move to bottom left of frame, Xero Radiance
 
Black/White Ribbon(56) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20% 80%, mirror, move over to left of Frame, with your pick tool move it slightly to the right so it looks like bow is at top & end of ribbon is under the flower
 
Ladybird946) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 30% 50% 70%, pick tool & slightly move to left, flip, mirror, move on top of Ribbon
 
Leaf(49) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20% 50%, move under flower on left side, duplicate, mirror, move under flower on right side, merge down
 
Add sparkles, i mirrored mine and dragged under flower & leaf, resized 80%
 
Add full tube as new layer, mirror, Xero Raqdiance
 
Add drop shadow to layers
 
Add © & name
 
Copy merged into anim shop, resize 600, paste back into PSP, adjust sharpen
 
We are done! Save your tag as PNG!

Open up Temp351, delete credit, heart, dotted, thin rectangles(bottom on tag) & wordart layers. Resize canvas 750x650

Pink Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Thin Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 16 as new layer, resize 50%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer


Pink Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & flood fill with this gradient - FG #ea2fb4, BG #2f88ec, Linear, Angel 36, Repeats 1, Invert ticked, select none, delete orig layer
 
Light Blue Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 15 as new layer, resize 60%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer


Polaroid Frames ~ Select the black part of each polaroid with magic wand & flood fill with colour that matches tube/kit, i used left-#b12de1, middle-#ea2fb4, right-#2f88ec
 
Starting on Gradient Circle add a white border, select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 4, new layer flood fill white, adjust add some noise, drag under gradient circle, select none. Do the same with rest of layers, not the Polaroids!
 
Blue Button(31) ~ Paste as new layer, resize 40% 90%, move over to Purple Polaroid, do same with Pink(36) & Purple(48) & place like mine.
 
Paste Camera(49) as new layer, resize 50%, place to left of canvas
 
Paste Pink Ribbon(8) as new layer, free rotate to right 90, pick tool and slightly move down so it looks like its under Blue & Pink Button, drag under buttons
 
With your BankGothic font type out 'SMILE &', i did mine in alternate colours, see tag, then add gradient glow fat. Paste Say Cheese(11) resize to suit & move below the 'Smile &'
 
Paste Heart Balloon(23) as new layer, move to left under button, duplicate, mirror, place under Pink button
 
Now back to the Poloaroids, click inside Purple one with magic wand, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert delete, select none do same with Blue Polaroid, Xero Radiance on both tubes, i also added texture effects weave to mine in white. Paste larger tube in the Pink Polaroid, Xero Porcelain, add weave again
 
Paste full tube as new layer, drag under words, Xero Radiance
 
Paste Pink Splash(32) as new layer, resize 50% place where u want, duplicate mirror, and place where u want
 
Add sparkles, drag under main tube
 
Add drop shadow to layer & unhide white BG
 
Add © & name
 
Copy merged into animation shop as new layer, back in PSP, highlight camera layer, Effects Illumination effects  Sun Burst - with these settings ~
 
*Drag the cross onto camera, i placed mine top right on the black rectangle*
 
Colour - White, Brightness - 25, Horizontal - 23, Vertical - 74
Density - 5
Brightness - 50
Brightness - 50

Copy merged into animation AFTER current frame, back in PSP click undo button then copy merged in anim shop AFTER current frame
 
Repeat Sunburst again, paste back in anim shop AFTER current frame. You should now have 4 frames in anim shop
 
Highlight frame 1 right click & change frame properties to 120. Do the same with frame 3. View animation, if happy then save!

Open Temp391, delete credit, wordarts & stars layers. Canvas size 800x450

Thin Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 10 as new layer, resize 60%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same for Thin Rectangle 2

Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, foreground #8529bc, background #01bde3, make a gradient - Linear, Angle 45, repeats 1, invert ticked, new layer & flood fill, select none, delete orig layer

Rotated Rectangle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 9 as new layer,  resize 60%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 13 as new layer, resize 60%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Circle 2


Frame Back ~ With your magic wand click inside the 2 pink squares, paste paper 14 as new layer, resize 60%, invert delete, select none.
 
Frame Back ~ Click inside 1st black square with magic wand & paste part of tube, select none, duplicate, mirror. Do the same with the middle 2 squares with diff part of tube , merge tube layers down till they are all on same layer.
Xero Radiance
 
White Frame ~ Add some noise


Element 15 ~ Paste as new layer along bottom of Frame, add drop shadow
 
Element 29 ~ Paste sparkles as new layer over tubes layer
 
All Rectangle layers ~ Select all, float, defloat, modify, expand 3, new layer & flood fill white, add some noise, select none,  add drop shadow, drag under paper layers
 
Hide element 15, copy merged the rest & paste as new image, resize 80% & move down near bottom of canvas. Paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, Xero Radiance, add drop shadow, back to orig canvas & copy Element 15 & paste new layer ontop of tube but at bottom as before, resize 80%. You can erase any tube that hangs below.
 
Purple Glitter Ball ~ Paste as new layer behind tag layer, resize to suit, paste Blue Glitter ball to the left, resize abit smaller than purple, duplicate mirror, merge down all 3 onto same layer. Add drop shadow
 
Add © & name & if happy save as png!

Frame Back 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 7 as new layer, resize 50%, invert delete, delete orig layer. Do the same with Frame Back 2. Frame back 3 use paper 4 resize 50% 80% 

On the 3 squares at front (Frame Backs) select, float, defloat & add tube to each one, resize tube if needed, i resized end tubes 80% & left middle tube as it was, Xero Radiance blend mode hard light to end tubes, Xero Radiance only on middle tube

2 Staples ~ Freehand tool & go round one of the staples paste as new layer at top of  left Frame &  middle Frame , duplicate mirror & move to bottom of middle Frame & right Frame

Bow Element 58 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 20% 70%, place at top right of last frame, duplicate mirror

Large Circle ~ Edge effects, texture effects, weave - 2 10 2, fill gaps ticked #2f8498

Chicken Wire Element 39 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 70, drag to bottom of layer pallette

White Circle Back ~ Add some noise, i added 30. Do the same with Frames

Add sparkles

Add drop shadow to layers, add © & name. Copy merged into anim shop, resize 600, paste back into PSP adjust sharpen & save as PNG!
