~Lets Begin~

Open Temp326, delete credit, thin line, 3 hearts on line & wordart layers, canvas resize 800x700
 
Blue Rectangle Left ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 01 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do same with Blue Rect Right
 
Pink Circle Center ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 07 as new layer, resize 80% twice, move till the words are in middle of circle, invert delete, delete orig layer
 
Sml Pink Circle Left ~ Select all, defloat, new layer, flood fill #ddd0a4, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Sml Pink Circle Right
 
Heart Left ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill #bc0000, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer & add Xero Porcelain to tube. Do same with Heart Right. Blend mode Screen on both tubes
 
Blue Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill ~ FG #bc0000, BG #ddd0a4, Linear, Angel 46, Repeats 2, Invert ticked, select none, delete orig layer
 
Dotted Circle ~ Adjust, Brightness & contrast 255 100, dotted circle should now be white
 
Black Circle Left ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 07, resize 80%, position so its just the hearts that are in circle, see mine, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do same with Black Circle Right
 
Add white borders to 2 Rect, 2 Circle & 2 hearts layers ~ Select all, float, defloat, modify expand 3, new layer & flood fill white, drag below, select none
 
Add drop shadow of choice to layers
 
Hide all layers EXCEPT ~ 1 tubes, 1 hearts & 1 sml Circle, merge these layers visible. now hide this merged layer & unhide the other tibe, circle & heart, merge visible again
 
UNhide rest of layers, move each of the merged Sml circles out to the side intil you can just see the words on paper, merge visible
 
Elem 40 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 80%, move to right & place on tube, duplicate, mirror, merge down
 
Elem 36 ~ Paste as new layer, place along bottom, duplicate mirror, merge down
 
Elem 43 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50%, place in middle of Elem 36
 
Elem 51 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 80%, place in middle, so its over the 'Love Me' paper
 
Elem 28 ~ Paste as new layer, move top right, drag to bottom, duplicate, mirror flip, merge down
 
Add drop shadow of choice to Elements
 
Copy merged in to anim Shop, resize 600 or whatever suits, past back in PSP, sharpen
 
Paste full tube as new layer, resize if needed, move to right of tag, Xero Radiance & add drop shadow
 
Add Copyright & name then save as PNG!
