~Lets Begin~

Open Template & delete wordart & Clover layers, resize canvas 850x850

Right Green Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 5 as new layer, invert delete, invert, modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill black, drag below, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Left Green Circle

Left LRG Black Square ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 2 as new layer, invert delete, invert, modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill black, drag below, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Right Black Square

Grey Oval ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill Black, select none, delete orig layer

Dark Grey Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 10 as new layer, invert delete, invert modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill #fff428, select none, drag below, select none, delete orig layer

Sml Green Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill #fff428, paste tube as new layer, invert delete, invert, modify expand 5, new layer & fill with Gradient - FG Black, BG #fff428, Linear, Angel 40, Repeats 2, Invert Unticked, select none, drag below & delete orig layer. Xero Radiance on Tube

Paste Tube as new layer, place on top of Black Squares at Right, duplicate & hide top tube.

On Squares select each one seperately - Select all, float, defloat, invert delete, select none & delete the Visible tube. Do the same with the other Square but UNhide the top tube & delete that one, Xero Radiance on tubes

Now on the Top & Bottom White Squares Select all, float, defloat, nwe layer & flood fill #fff428, select none, delete orig layers

Top Grey Strip ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill with same Gradient as above, modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill Black, select none, drag below, delete orig layer. On the Bottom Grey Strip do the same expact tick INVERT on the Gradient

Paste Sparkle2 as new layer to the right side on Tube, duplicate mirror & position

Paste Skullwinged as new layer & place along bottom of tag

Add drop shadow of choice to layers

Copy merged into Anim Shop, resize 550, paste back in PSP & sharpen

Paste full tube as new layer, resize to suit, Xero Porcelain

Paste Mesh1 as new layer, resize 70%, place top left, drag bottom of palette, duplicate, mirror flip, move up slightly, merge down

On Clip1 delete the clip bits so your left with just the star & bow, paste on canvas & plave top left, move it slightly to the left with move tool

Paste cupcake3 as new layer, resize to suit & place at right

Paste Rib6 as new layer, resize to suit, flip & place middle of tag

Paste Sparkle1 as new layer, drag below Tube, i resized mine by 110

Add name & © then save as PNG!
