~Lets Begin~

Open Temp170, delete credit layer, resize canvas 850x750

Thin Top Rect ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 5 as new layer, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer, fat white gradient glow & then add a fat black gradient glow. Do the same with Thin Bottom Rect.

Purple Top Rect ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 1 as new layer, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer, fat white gradient glow & then add a fat black gradient glow. Do the same with Purple Bottom Rect.

Blue Top Rect ~  Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 9 as new layer, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer, fat white gradient glow & then add a fat black gradient glow. Do the same with Blue Bottom Rect.

Purple Top Rect 2 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 19 as new layer, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer, fat white gradient glow & then add a fat black gradient glow. Do the same with Purple Bottom Rect 2.

Make gradient - FG #280528, BG Black, Linear, Angel 40, Repeats 2, Invert UNticked

Pink Circle Left ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & flood fill with the above gradient, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert delete, select none, Xero Radiance, make Beauty 200, add a fat white gradient glow to Circle. Do the same with Pink Circle Right.

Paste Logo as new layer over Center Circle, add fat white gradient glow

Paste HeartWings as new layer in center, add fat white gradient glow

Paste SkullROse as new layer, resize 50%, place top Left, add fat white gradient glow, duplicate mirror, move down to bottom, merge down

Paste Bear as new layer, mirror, resize 50%, place bottom Left

Paste Wire (El1) as new layer, colourize - Hue 197, Saturation 130, place top Left, drag to bottom of palette duplicate, mirror flip, merge down

Paste DevilBird as new layer, resize to suit & place top Right, fat white gradient glow

Add drop shadow to layers

Copy merged in to Anim Shop, resize 550, paste back in PSP, sharpen

Paste tube as new layer, resize to suit, Xero Porcelain & place at right, add drop shadow

Add Sparkles as new layer Just above Logo layer, duplicate, merge down, makes them a bit brighter

Add © & name then save as PNG!
