~Lets Begin~

Open Temp165 & delete credit layer & Flirty wordart layers, resize canvas 900x850

Left Blue Rect ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 6 as new layer, resize 70%, invert delete, invert, modify expand 4, new layer & flood fill Black, drag below, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Right Blue Rect

Black Rounded Rect ~ Select all, flaot, defloat, paste paper 5 as new layer, invert delete, invert, modify expand 4, new layer & flood fill Black, drag below, select none, delete orig layer. Add Fat white gradient glow

Pink Left Rect ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 3 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, invert, modify expand 4, new layer & flood fill Black, drag below select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Pink Right Rect

Purple Left Rect ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 4 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, select none, del;ete orig layer. Do the same with Purple Right Rect

Purple Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill - FG Black, BG #d70606, Linear, Angel 0, Repeats 3, Invert UNticked, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert delete, invert, highlight gradient layer, modify expand 4, new layer & flood fill Black, drag below, select none, delete orig layer, Xero Radiance on tube

Left Star, Adjsut, Brightness & Contrast - B -255, C 100. Do the same with Right Star. Add some noise. Merge down with Frames, resize both Stars 70% & move slightly down, see my tag for placement

Add drop shadow of choice to layers

Copy merged in to anim shop, resize 600, paste back in PSP & sharpen

Paste Full Tube as new layer, resize if needed, Xero Radiance & same drop shadow as before

Paste Headphones as new layer, resize 70%, place on Left at top. With your pick tool move them slightly round to left, duplicate, image mirror, merge down. Add drop shadow

Paste Banner as new layer, see my tag for placement

Paste MusicNote as new layer, resize to suit, sharpen, fat white gradient glow & place on Banner string at Left, duplicate mirror, merge down

Paste Piano as new layer on Left, duplicate, mirror, merge down, drag to bottom of palette

Add new layer at bottom & flood fill #d70606, Open Vix Mask 147 & minimise

Layers, new mask layer from image, find Vix Mask & apply, merge group

Add name & © then save as PNG!
