Sparkles & Splatters of choice

~Lets Begin~

Open Temp336 & delete credit layer, resize canvas 900x800

Lrg Black Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & flood fill #f427ad, modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill white, drag below, select none, delete orig layer. On the now Pink Circle - Effects, texture effects, weave - 2, 10, 2, both boxes white

Purple Rect left ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 6 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Purple Rect Right

Glittered Pink Rects ~ Select all, float, defloat, modify expand 5, new layer & flood fill white, drag below, select none & delete orig layers

Pink Circle Left ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 14 as new layer, resize 50%, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Pink Circle Right

Black Circles ~ Adjust - Brightness & Contrast - B 255, C 100. Circles should now be white

Lrg Black Circle ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 5 as new layer, invert delete, select none, delete orig layer

Star Right ~ Select all, float, defloat, new layer & flood fill with Gradient - FG #7524d4, BG #f427ad, Linear, Angel 45, Repeats 2, Invert ticked, Paste tube as new layer, resize 50%, Xero Radiance. Do the same with Star left but UNtick invert

Add drop shadow of choice to layers

Copy merged in to Anim Shop, resize 600, past back in PSP, sharpen

Paste Tube as new layer, resize to suit, Xero Radiance & drop shadow

With your pixel font type along Pink Rect at bottom 'LOVE YOU LIKE CANDY', i typed it 3 times then Objects, allign, Horz, select none & add drop shadow

Paste Elem59 as new layer, resize 30% 80%, place at bottom right beside wordart, duplicate, mirror, merge down

Paste Elem9 as new layer, resize to suit & place behind Elem59 on right, duplicate,  mirror, merge down

Paste Elem8 as new layer, drag below Tube layer

Paste Elem4 as new layer, resize 50%, place inbetween Elem59 & Elem9, with your pick tool move slightly round to left, duplicate, mirror, merge down

Add Sparkles of choice, Add Splatters of choice & drag to bottom of palette, see mine for placement

Add name & © then save as PNG!
