~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 800x800

Paste Frame1 as new layer, resize 80%, click inside with magic wand & expand 10, paste paper 5 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete. PAste close up tube as new layer, position how you like & delete, duplicate, bottom tube - gaussin blur 3, top tube hard light

Paste Elem39 as new layer, resize to suit & place top left of Frame

Paste Elem9 as new layer, resize to suit & place along top of Frame, drag below Elem39

Paste Elem3 as new layer, resize to suit & place bottom right corner of Frame. Do the same with Elem2 & place on top of Elem3, merge down

Paste Elem40 as new layer, resize to suit & place on top of Stars on right

Paste Elem41, resize to suit & place along bottom of Frame, drag below Stars

Paste Elem14 as new layer, resize to suit & place top left & drag to bottom, duplicate mirror flip, merge down

Paste Elem6 as new layer, resize to suit & place on top of Wire on left, dplicate mirror flip, merge down

Paste full tube as new layer on left, resize, duplicate, on top tube change blend mode to hard light, add rop shadow of choice to bottom tube

Copy merged in to Anim Shop & resize 600 or whatever suits you, paste back in PSP & sharpen

Add name & © then save as PNG!
