~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 600x200 & flood fill #808080, change BG to black & tick Texture in the materials palette then look for Bricks - Angel 0, Scale 45, new layer & flood fll with Bricks

Paste Elem0100 as new layer & resize 70%, Luminance(L), drop shadow of choice

Paste Smallest Tube as new layer, resize 70% & place on left behind Elem0100, duplicate mirror, merge down, Xero Radiance -Beauty 150, Luminance(L)

Paste Elem0103 new layer, resize 30% & move up on left side, dplicate & move over to right side & up slightly, merge down. Paste again & resize 50% 80%

Make a gradient - FG #f7c339 BG Black, Linear, Angel 45, Repeats 2, Invert ticked,

Click inside Stars, modify expand 5, new layer, drag below & fill with gradient

Paste Tube as new layer, resize 70% 90% & move over to left star, drag below & invert delete. Do the same again with right star, paste Tube again & resize 80%, place below bigger star, delete, select none. Hide  top 2 tube layers & delete any overlaps of tube in the other stars. Do the same with the other tube layers. Xero Radiance as before, Luminance (L) Add #f7c339 drop shadow to Stars

Paste Elem045 as new layer, resize 50% twice & then 30%, move top left of  Elem0100 & with pick tool turn slightly round to left, same drop shadow with #f7c339

Paste Tube as new layer on right, resize to suit, duplicate. On bottom tube - Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 3. Top Tube - Hard Light. Add black drop shadow to bottom tbe

Paste Elem041 behind main tube on right, resize to suit

Paste Elem036 as new layer, resize to sut & place in front of Oil Drum, with pick tool move slightly round to right

Paste Elem085 as new layer, resize to suit & place behind Tape on right, duplicate mirror

Paste Elm055 as new layer, mirror & resize to suit & place behind main tube on right but place so its sticking out of the left of tube

Paste Elem029 as new layer, resize to suit & place right side behind Speakers

Paste Elem0111 as new layer, resize 30% 70% & drag below left Star, duplicate mirror, drag up slightly if needed, merge down

Paste Elem081 as new layer, resize 30% & place mddle top behind stars, duplicate & drag to left & place bottom of left star, see mine for placement, merge down

Paste Elem0112 as new layer, resize to suit & move below stars, duplicate mirror, merge down

Paste Taxi as new layer on left, resize to suit

Paste Traffic Lghts as new layer, behind Taxi, resize to suit

Paste Elem058 as new layer, resize 50% & move over to left side, duplicate mirror, line up then merge down & drag to above Stars

Crop canvas

Highlight bottom layer, selections, select all, modify, select selections borders 3, new layer & flood fill black, add a fat gradient glow #f7c339 then add a fat white gradient glow, drop shadow 0 0 100 50

Add name & © then save as PNG!
