Tube ~ I'm using the awesome artwork  of Maryline Cazenave, which you need a licence to use & can get here ~ CDO

Cluster Frame ~ Holiday Wishes FTU by Tonya here ~ Tonyas Temptations

Mask ~ DD_WinterMask_1 by Dee here ~ Dangerously Delicious Designz

Filters ~ Xero Radiance

Fonts ~ FFF Urban, SweetHeartScript

~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 800x800

Paste Cluster Frame as new layer, click inside with magic wand, make sure all the small bits are clicked with wand too. Modify expand 10 & either paste a paper of choice, resize invert delete,  or make a gradient to suit, new layer flood fill. Drag below Frame.

Keep selected & paste Tube as new layer, resize if needed, if you used a paper no need to invert just hit delete, if not then invert & delete on Tube layer. Select none. Xero Radiance - Beauty 100

Add small drop shadow to Frame

New layer at bottom of palette & either same paper or gradient then apply mask & merge group, I flipped mine

Once happy copy merged in to anim shop & resize 620 or your own choice, paste back in PSP, sharpen

Add name & © & crop tag then save as PNG!
