~Lets Begin~

Open up template & tube, minimise tube for now. Delete © layer & Skull layer

Image-canvas size-700x600
Oval layer ~ Effects-texture effects-weave-2 10 2 black

Pink rectangle ~ Effects-texture effects-blinds-5 20 black both horizontal & vertical ticked

Pixel words ~ change opacity to soft light

Rectangle layer ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-paste your tube as new layer, i placed mine to the left,selections-invert-delete
Paste tube another twice or however many times you wish-delete on both tube layers-selcetions-select none then merge 3 tubes down till they are all on same layer
effects-xero-radiance then change blend mode to luminance (L).

Make sure tubes are above pixel words

Paste Missy's sparkle-trail 1 as new layer above tube layer, mirror & place it so it looks like its coming out the Skull on the wordart layer

Paste main tube as new layer, effects-xero-radiance, duplicate tube & move 1 down below wordart, erase part of top tubes leg so it looks like tube has one leg behind & one leg infront of wordart

Add drop shadow to layers then c+p into anim shop resize to 550, paste back into PSP, Adjsut- sharpen.

New raster layer at bottom flood fill layer with #de0f83,Layers-new mask layer-WSL_mask297-source illumince ticked-ok
On mask layer merge group-image resize by 80% & move over to the right-duplicate-image-mirror-merge down so both mask layers are on same layer

Get your font & and your name-foreground #de0f83, background Black, stroke width 2-drop shadow
Add copyright with Bitdust font & save as png

We are done! I hope this tut was easy to follow

~Lets begin~

Open tube, font & template. Minimise font & tube for now.
Resize template to 700x700. Delete copyright layer & small black circle layer

Circle 3 ~ Selections-selectall-float-defloat-new raster layer & flood fill black-invert & paste tube as new layer-resize to suit-delete on tube layer-select none
Effects-xero-radiance-default settings. Delete circle 3
on the now black circle layer Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-select selection borders-5-new layer & flood fill with a gradient, i used -
Background #ff45a3 & foreground black-Linear-Angle 35-repeats 1-invert unticked-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-random 50 monochrome ticked-Add drop shadow

Strip ~ Selections-selectall-float-defloat-new raster layer & flood fill with same gradient-select none

Circle 1 ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-select selection borders-5-new layer & flood fill with same gradient-select none-Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-random 50 monochrome ticked-add drop shadow

Circle 2 ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-select selection borders-5-new layer & flood fill with same gradient, only this time tick invert, add noise again-select none-add drop shadow

Wordart ~ i rezised mine by 80% & moved it to right a bit-effects-eyecandy4000-gradient glow-fat-white

I added a new raster layer at bottom & added some paint splashes-colour to suit tube-add same noise as before & drop shadow
Paste any elements that you want, resize them if needed

Paste full main tube as new layer-resize if needed-effects-xero-radiance-add drop shadow

Copy merged into anim shop & resize 500, paste back in psp-adjust-sharpen
Add your name & © & save as png

On black layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-selections select borders 5-new layer-flood fill with same gradient as you did in your tag.
Back on tube layer & add Xero-radiance same as above
Add drop shadow to border, add © & name or like what i did just add the initial
save as png

Minimise tube & font for now Large pink circle ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer & fill black-select none. Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-random-50-monochrome ticked, ok Delete pink circle Large white circle ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer & fill colour that matches tube, effects-texture effecst-blinds-5-20-black-both boxes ticked, ok delete original white circle Grey Circles ~ merge down so both are on same layer, Selections-select all-float-defloat-gradiant-foreground colour to match tube or colour i used #c20202 & background black-Linear-Angle 45-invert ticked now fill top left circle, selections-modify-expand by 5,new layer fill black, select none. Do the same to bottom right except this time un-tick invert delete original grey circle layer Rectangle layers ~ merge down like we did with grey circles, Selections-select all-float-defloat-paste paper 12 as new layer-resize if needed-invert-delete on paper layer, select none. once again Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand 3, new layer & fill black, select none delete original rectanlge layer Glitter Square ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer & fill with gradiant-foreground colour to match tube or colour i used #c20202 & background black-Angle 45-repeats 2-Linear-select none-add noise-random-50-monochrome ticked, ok delete glitter square Small Pink Circles ~ merge down again like before,Selections-select all-float-defloat,paste paper 18, resize if needed, invert-delete-select none-delete original layer Glitter Stars ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer & fill with colour of choice, add noise-same as above-select none. Delete original stars Squared Square ~ Selections-select all-float-defloat-paste tube as new layer to the left, resize if needed-invert-delete on tube layer-select none. Effects-Xero-radiance, default-Opacity 60 Paste Music Notes 1 as new layer, make sure it is at top, resize them to suit. Now paste main tube as new layer, duplicate & drag under music notes. Erase part of the leg off top tube that is in front of music notes. So it should now look like the leg is behind notes. On both tubes ~ Xero-porcelain Add sparkles ontop of Music notes, add any other elements that you want to tag, Add drop shadow to layers Like iv said before i always paste merged into Animation shop & resize-550 Paste back in PSP-adjust-sharpen. Add © & with your font type out name out, I did mine #c20202, gradiant glow-fat-black then glow again but with fat-#c20202 Save as png Thats it we are done! Minimise tubes & font for now Delete credit, scribbleheart, heart brushes & both wordart layers Image canvas size- 650 x 550, we will resize later Circle Frame ~ Selections, select all, float, defloat, new raster layer & flood fill black, Adjust ~ Add/remove noise, random, 50, monochrome ticked, ok Bottom Circle ~ Selections, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste border paper as new layer, resize till it just fits in the cirlce then selections, invert & delete, selections, select none. Delete original layer Middle cirlce ~ Selections, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste Inked paper as new layer, resize till it just fits in the cirlce then selections, invert & delete, selections, select none. Add drop shadow with #9e8262 Merge dotted lines down so they are on one layer. Selections-selectall-float-defloat-new raster layer-airbrush with colour #9e8262-selections-select none-delete original layer Copy & paste wolf 1 as new layer, resize & position to suit or refer to my tag Do the same with tracks Copy & paste Twilight Fan 1 as new layer, duplicate-Adjust-blur-gaussain blur 3 on top tube then blend mode-overlay Now at this point id copy merged over to animation shop & resize to 550, copy back into psp, sharpen then paste chicken wire as new layer, resize if needed add drop shadow Add name with Almagro font, background #9e8262, foreground black , stroke 2.
