~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 600x600 floodfill white, paste Frame 3 as new layer, resize 80%, magic wand & click inside frame, modify 2, paste paper 20 as new layer & resize 50%, inver delete, KEEP selected & paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, once happy delete, Xero Porcelain, add slight drop shadow to tube & frame

Paste Flower 8 as new layer, resize 50% twice, move to left of frame, duplicate twice and move round frame, see my tag, merge down onto one layer, Constilation 2 16 1 4 100 69

Paste Gift 2 as new layer resize 50% 70% move to right of frame, add drop shadow

Paste Glitter Trail 2 as new layer resize 70%duplicate move slightly out to left, merge down, move near top of frame pick tool & slightly rotate it right, duplicate, mirror, flip, merge down, add drop shadow

Paste Ribbon 6 as new layer resize 70% twice, place over flower layer & drag below, add drop shadow

Paste Pillow 1 as new layer, resize 40% 70%, move beside Gift 2, add drop shadow

Past Tiara 2 as new layer resize to suit & move beside pillow, add drop shadow

Paste paper 20 as new layer drag to bottom, Layers, new mask layer, find mask, source luminance ticked, invert unticked apply, merge group, resize to suit

If your happy with your tag then add name & ©, delete white background, crop tool and crop your tag, save as png
