~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 700x700, floodfill white, paste white frame 38 as new layer, resize if needed, magic wand & click inside frame, modify, expand 5, make a gradient, foreground white, background #bcc8ee, linear, angel 36, repeats 2, invert ticked, floodfill layer, KEEP selected, paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, invert, delete, Xero Radiance, blend mode Luminance(L), select none, add slight drop shadow to frame & tube

Paste Tag2 as new layer, resize 50%, move to bottom right of frame, move tool, slightly rotate it to the left, add slight drop shadow

Paste Leave Branch 46 as new layer resize 70%, flip, move to left of frame, duplicate & move one layer below gradient layer, erase any bits that hang under frame on both layers, add slight drop shadow to both layers

Paste Flowers 60 as new layer resize 50% twice & place ontop of Leave Branch at bottom of frame, make sure its in middle of frame, add slight drop shadow

New layer at bottom above white layer floodfill #bcc8ee, new mask layer, find mask, Source Luminance ticked, merge group, resize if needed

Back to tag layer & write something on it choice is yours, remember & use your pick tool to rotate it slightly so it fits in tag, i added a name

Crop image, add © & name if you havent already & if happy save as png
