~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 800x800

Paste Elem 16 as new layer, resize to suit, duplicate mirror & move slightly up, merge down

Paste Elem 34 as new layer, resize to suit & place on right

Paste smaller tube as new layer, resize to suit & place on right like she is sitting on Pot Of Gold

Paste Elem 77 as new layer, reisze to suit & drag below Grass layer

Paste Elem 21 as new layer, resize to suit & place on right behind tube & frame. Do the same with Rainbow

Click inside windows of Frame with magic wand & paste paper 10, resize 70%, invert delete, drag below Frame, Paste larger tube as new layer behind Frame, resize if needed, invert delete, Xero Radiance - Beauty 150, Blend Mode - Luminancy(L)

Paste Elem 20 as new layer, resize 50% twice & place n top of Shamrock on pot, Xero Radiance as before

Paste Elem 7 as new layer & place on left

Paste Elem 63 as new layer, resize 50% 70% & place in front of Tree on left. Do the same with Elem 22

Add drop shadow of choice to layers, copy merged in to animation shop & resize 600, paste back in PSP, sharpen

Paste paper 1 as new layer & apply mask, merge group. I duplicated mine & merged down then duplicated, mirrored then flipped &merged down again then add a fat white drop shadow

Add name & © then save as PNG!
