~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 550x200, Background #d10000, foreground black, make a gradiant, angel 36 repeats 3 linear, invert unticked, flood fill layer, adjust, motion blur angel 45, strength 100

Paste tube as new layer, move to right, xero radiance default, blend mode Luminance (L), duplicate, mirror, merge down so both are on same layer.

Paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, make sure its in middle of canvas, xero porcelain default, move above other tube layer

With your rectangle tool & foreground #d10000 make a thin-ish rectangle about half way up & across whole tag, opacity 60, see my tag.

With your font type your name in black & add drop shadow to tubes, rectangle & name

Highlight your gradiant layer, select all, modify, select selection borders 5, floodfill black, add noise 50, random, monochrome ticked, move to top of all layers & add drop shadow 1 1 50 5, -1 -1 50 5

New raster layer 150x150, floodfill with same gradiant as before.

Paste tube as new layer, resize if needed, xero porcelain add drop shadow

Rectangle tool & make the same rectangle as above & type your name & add drop shadow

Highlight gradiant layer & add border same as before only this time make it 3, add drop shadow & ©

With your eraser delete any bits that hang under frame at bottom, duplicate & move above frame, make sure other tube is below frame. Erase tool again & on top tube erase any bits that hide frame. Top tube ~ xero porcelain, add drop shadow to bottom tube & frame Sunflower 4 ~ Paste as new layer, resize 50% twice, move to right, paste Fabricleaf2 as new layer, resize 50% twice and position behind flower, duplicate, move tool and slightly move it round to left, see my tag, merg leaves & flower so on same layer, add drop shadow, i thought mines was too small so i resized by 110% lol. Duplicate & mirror, duplicate each flower once and move down abit like they are going round frame, paste same flower again, resize & place in middle of the other flowers, see my tag, add drop shadow & merge down Ivy1 ~ Paste as new layer, flip, mirror, move to left, resize 70% & move under top tube, erase bits of tube so some of the leaves at bottom are showing, duplicate & mirror, delete any leaves like before, add drop shadow to both layers. Rectangles ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 3 as new layer, invert & delete, select none, delete orig layer.

Circle 1 ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 8 as new layer, resize 70%, invert & delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Circle 2

Oval Frame ~ Select all, float, defloat, Gradient - foreground #ffde56, Background #2a9dd4, linear, angel 36, repeats 1, invert not ticked, new raster layer & floodfill, select none, delete orig layer. Effects, texture effects weave, 2 2 10, both boxes white, fill gaps ticked

Oval ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 24 as new layer, invert & delete, select none, delete orig layer.

Circle Center ~ Select all, float, defloat, paste paper 6 as new layer, resize 70%, invert, delete, delete orig layer, do same weave as above

Frame Back ~ select all, float, defloat, Gradient - foreground #ffde56, Background #2a9dd4, linear, angel 36, repeats 2, uninvert ticked, new raster layer & floodfill, delete orig layer, KEEP selected, Paste close up of tube as new layer, resize 110%, invert, delete, Xero Radiance default, blend mode Luminance (L)

Thin Rectangels 2 ~ Select all, float, defloat, new raster layer, floodfill white, Adjust, noise 40 random monochrome ticked. Do the same with Thin Rectangels

All Layers ~ Add a border, select all, float, defloat, modify, expand by 5, new raster layer & floodfill white, do this on all layers except ~ Squares, thin Rectangels x 2 & Frame. Now on the Oval layer resize by 90% & get your pick tool & bring sides in so you can see a small white border, back to move tool

Elements ~ Paste Starpendant2 as new layer & resize 70% & move to the right.
Paste RibbonFlower2 as new layer, resize by 50% twice & move to right & position at top of StarPendant2, see my tag, merge down so both on same layer.
Paste Sparkle1 as new layer, duplicate & merge down so both on one layer, position so its over tube.
Paste StarRope2 as new layer, resize,mirror, position to left, see mine
Paste Ribbon2 as new layer and position down bottom of tag.
Paste PaperStar4 as new layer, resize 50% & 70% position bottom left ontop of ribbon
Paste Lable4 as new layer & colourize to suit, move under ribbon layer at bottom in center.


Add drop shadows. Copy merged & Paste into anim shop resize 600, paste back in PSP & sharpen.


Mask ~ minimise mask in PSP, new raster layer, move to bottom, floodfill #4ec1ec, merge mask group, do again but change colour to #fedd55, free rotate 17degrees to right, merge down & resize by 105%, add some noise


Paste full tube as new layer resize 88%, move to the left, xero porcelain default & add drop shadow 2 2 50 5


Add © & name then save as png!

Circle 2 ~ select all, float, defloat, paste tube as new layer, resize to suit, invert, delete, xero radiance

Elements ~ Paste bat as new layer, resize by 50% twice & position where you want, duplicate, resize by 80% and position where you want or see my tag. Paste Skull as new layer resize by 50% twice, pick tool & turn it slightly to the left & position, see my tag, duplicate skull, mirror. Add any other elements that you want. I also added stars, changed the colour to match moved to left, duplicated, mirrored & flipped

Add drop shadow

Copy & paste into anim shop & resize 550, paste back in PSP, adjust sharpness, sharpen, paste tube as new layer, mirror & move to left, xero porcelain & add drop shadow, © & your name, paste sparkles as new layer under tube layer & resize 80%

Left Circle 2 ~ select all, float, defloat, paste paper 5 as new layer, resize 80%, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer. Do the same with Right Circle 2

Large Rectangle ~ select all, float, defloat, paste paper 13 as new layer, invert, delete, select none, delete orig layer.

Words layer ~ hightlight words layer, adjust, brightness & contrast - 255, 100, this should make the words white

Circle 3 ~ select all, float, defloat, paste close up as new layer, invert, delete, Xero Radiance default, opacity 60

Star Right 2 ~ Add noise, 40, random, monochrome ticked. Do same with Star Left 2

Elements ~ Paste Pink Charm 4 as new layer, resize 50%, place to left of tag, see mine, duplicate, mirror

Pink Star Doodle2 ~ Paste as new layer move so some of its showing at top left, see my tag, duplicat, mirror, flip, move both to bottom

Add drop shadow to all layers

Copy merged & paste into anim shop, resize 600, paste back in PSP, adjust, sharpness, sharpen

Paste full image as new layer, resize if needed, Xero radiance default & add drop shadow
